Location: Koregaon Park, Pune / Akurdi, Pune

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/- + Huge Incentives

Role Description

• Counsel students on academic and career pathways, understand their goals, recommend suitable programs, and close enrollments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and professionals while consistently achieving revenue targets
• Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and career benefits to potential learners.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into admissions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets through effective communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• 6 months – 4 years of experience in academic counseling or education sales
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune
• Proactive leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing individual student needs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
