Designation: Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can own influencer marketing as a business function, not just execution. This role involves managing high-value client accounts, leading teams, and driving impactful campaigns from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
- Own end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands from strategy and planning to execution and performance reporting
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and driving long-term partnerships
- Translate brand objectives into effective influencer strategies aligned with business outcomes
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-backed insights to improve engagement, reach, and ROI
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and strategic recommendations
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, ensuring quality delivery and team development
- Streamline processes and build scalable frameworks for campaign execution and influencer onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, tech) to drive adoption of platforms
Requirements-
- 6–10 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing agencies
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client-facing experience, including presentations and stakeholder management
- Ability to think strategically and connect campaigns to business impact
- Experience in team handling and performance management
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
