- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in RTR.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to translate concept to practice including interpretation of proposed transactions for compliance/appropriateness
- Journal processing
- Month end activities/tasks responsibility
- Fixed Assets accounting
- Accruals & provisions
- Financials preparation
- Inventory accounting, etc.,
- Consolidation reporting using HFM tool
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Familiarity with finance, procurement, and manufacturing processes, including budgeting, cost management, and supply chain optimization, to support business efficiency and
strategic decision-making is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication – ability to communicate to all levels in the organization both within and outside of the accounting and finance function
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
