Perform monthly and yearly bookkeeping and accounting projects.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Conduct bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Handle accounting under accrual and cash basis principles.
Manage real estate accounting and related software applications.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with US payroll tax filings (Forms 940 & 941).
Maintain knowledge of all accounting forms and documentation.
