Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Agency Manager role based in Nayagarh. The Senior Agency Manager will oversee recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they meet performance targets. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analyses, and driving sustainable business growth. In addition, the role demands creating strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining excellent service quality across the team.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and business development strategies
- Knowledge in financial services, insurance policies, and industry regulations
- Ability to analyze market trends and forecast sales performances
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services sector
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
- Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving high performance
