Senior Associate- Procurement
About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and commercially savvy Senior Associate – Procurement with 4+ years of experience. In this role, you will play a key part in managing sourcing, vendor interactions and contract processes end‑to‑end. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and strong supplier partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle—from understanding requirements to identifying the right vendors
- Lead RFP and RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals
- Analyze and compare vendor options to support selection decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments
- Track contracts throughout their lifecycle, including renewals and key obligations
- Drive commercial negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms
- Collaborate with internal teams like IT, Finance, and Business Units to understand business needs
- Manage the PR to PO process while ensuring adherence to procurement policies
- Maintain proper documentation and support audits when required
- Monitor procurement spend, savings, and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
- Experience in indirect procurement areas such as IT, HR, or professional services
- Familiarity with procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, or Oracle
