Job Purpose

• Lead the Sensodyne portfolio strategy and execution.
• Deliver topline growth and full-year brand plans aligned with business objectives.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Responsible for delivering topline and full year brand plans.
• End to end marketing role covering communication, media, onground activations, digital activations, influencer marketing and toothbrush business management and innovations development.
• Build a digital first end to end marketing strategy for the brand across multimedia touchpoints.
• Strategize and execute to deliver aligned brand objectives – penetration and market share across markets.
• Build the communication, media and digital strategy to drive awareness and relevance.
• Manage agency and cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate and partner with sales team and customer marketing teams to drive shopper/ trade activations plans and demand levers – in line with aligned brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, R&D, SCM, CMT, sales to drive commercial execution and brand objectives.
• Identify and activate WIMI pilots to unlock market specific acceleration opportunities via customized media + comms + pack strategy.
• Drive new innovations development and in market launch plan

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

MBA from Premium Business School

• Total 10+ years of experience with significant brand marketing experience in FMCG or Consumer Health companies.
• Proven track record in marketing, consumer communications, and launch management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience in OTC or oral health categories.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure.
• Strategic thinker with executional rigor – capable of translating insights into impactful initiatives.
