Senior Business Development Specialist Full Time NEW

VirtuProse is looking for an Experienced Business Development Specialist to be part of our team.

We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and client-focused Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and close projects for VirtuProse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Generate qualified leads through WhatsApp marketing, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other lead generation activities.
• Identify potential clients who require website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, branding, automation, or custom web solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, service presentations, and solution walkthroughs to explain the value of VirtuProse services.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business solutions based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and internal team members.
• Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover from lead generation to project confirmation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and deal status in CRM or tracking systems.
• Stay updated with digital industry trends, competitor offerings, market opportunities, and client needs.
• Represent VirtuProse professionally in client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
• The candidate should be willing to connect with clients locally and internationally, depending on business requirements.

The role requires strong interaction with clients, prospective clients, partners, founders, and internal teams through face-to-face meetings, calls, online meetings, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum years of experience in business development, IT sales, software sales, digital marketing sales, or agency sales.
• Educational background in Business Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Experience in selling website development, mobile app development, software solutions, digital marketing, SEO, branding, or automation services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into suitable digital solutions.
• Confidence in dealing with business owners, founders, managers, and senior decision-makers.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong background in IT services, digital services, software, or agency-based sales.
• Ability to join within 1 to 2 months’ notice period is preferred.
• Willingness to travel or attend client meetings when required.
• Strong team player with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset.
• Experience in presenting services and solutions to potential clients, including senior management and business owners.
• Ability to work independently, follow up consistently, and close deals.
• Good command of English is required. Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or regional languages will be an advantage.
• Must be target-oriented, disciplined, professional, and serious about business growth.
