Job Title: Senior Executive- Client Servicing Department: Client Servicing, Influencer Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Experience 2-3 years Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing professional to manage brand relationships, lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, and ensure seamless execution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creator-driven ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management
● Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign plans
● Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, influencer sourcing, content, operations) to execute campaigns
● Coordinate with influencers/creators for deliverables, timelines, and content approvals
● Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
● Review content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
● Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights
● Handle client feedback, queries, and revisions efficiently

● Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
● Support in achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets 5. Reporting & Insights
● Deliver accurate and insightful campaign reports
● Provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns 6. Internal Collaboration
● Work seamlessly across teams to ensure efficient execution
