We are looking for a Senior Content & Digital Marketing Specialist who can own and drive our entire digital presence – from compelling written content and social media to video production and performance marketing – and help position Shyena Tech Yarns as a leading enterprise AI and technology partner globally.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Storytelling
• Create high-quality written content – blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, presentations, and brochures
• Write compelling copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other social platforms tailored to each audience
• Design and produce social media posts – static graphics, carousels, infographics, and story formats – using Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma
• Script, record, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram Reels
• Create motion graphics and animated content to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written, visual, and video formats
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
• Drive B2B marketing initiatives across AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Staff Augmentation service lines
• Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise and GCC clients globally
• Build and manage LinkedIn branding, organic growth, and paid outbound marketing campaigns
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads – including audience targeting, ad creative, A/B testing, and budget optimisation
• Own email marketing campaigns – from list segmentation and copywriting to automation workflows and performance tracking
• Manage website content, on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and work with developers on technical SEO
• Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and industry outreach to build brand visibility and pipeline
• Work closely with sales and SDR teams to align marketing with lead generation and pipeline goals
• Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for enterprise technology products and new service offerings
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
• Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools
• Analyse content engagement, lead quality, and conversion metrics to continuously optimise campaigns
• Maintain a content calendar and manage end-to-end execution across all campaigns and deliverables
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends to identify opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Content & Copywriting
• Strong writing and copywriting skills across long-form, short-form, social, and email formats
• Ability to write for B2B technology audiences with clarity, authority, and the right tone
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, email newsletters, and industry publications
Design & Video
• Hands-on experience designing social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma
• Proven ability to script, edit, and publish video content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Experience with video editing tools – CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or InShot
• Ability to create motion graphics and animated explainer content using After Effects, Canva Animate, or similar
• Eye for design – able to produce brand-aligned creatives without always depending on a designer
Digital Marketing
• Strong LinkedIn organic and paid marketing experience – personal branding, company page management, and Lead Gen campaigns
• Experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of SEO – on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta content, and content-led SEO strategy
• Experience with email marketing platforms – Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and campaign tracking
• Experience in B2B IT Services, SaaS, AI, or Technology sector marketing
Analytics & Tools
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable optimisations
• Comfortable managing a content calendar and juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously
Good to Have
• Prior experience with IT Services, SaaS, AI, or Technology-focused companies
• Understanding of the enterprise and GCC ecosystem – how decisions are made, what messaging resonates
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Runway, etc.) to accelerate content and creative workflows
• Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working directly with leadership and sales teams
