Your role

• Develop and implement integrated content strategies across social media, PR, and digital platforms to amplify Capgemini India’s brand voice and support marketing, branding, and business goals.
• Take a consultative approach, guiding stakeholders toward strategic content solutions.
• Create engaging, share-worthy content (social posts, blogs, etc.) that enhances brand reputation and visibility.
• Craft high-impact branding materials, including award submissions, aligned with Capgemini’s messaging framework.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, showcasing culture, values, and employee stories across channels.
• Develop thought leadership and LinkedIn content for senior executives, positioning them as industry leaders.
• Write and optimize campaign landing pages and website content, ensuring SEO alignment and brand consistency.
• Edit and proofread all content to maintain clarity, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, visually compelling campaigns.
• Monitor trends and performance metrics to refine content strategies and drive innovation.
• Manage content workflows and agency coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Your Profile

• 10–12 years of content writing experience with focus on social media, PR, and branding.
• Skilled in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across formats (social, video, web).
• Well-versed in SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking.
• Creative thinker with ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Works independently with strong time management and ownership.
• Familiar with communication tools, CRM, and Gen AI platforms.
• Holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications; advanced certifications a plus.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
