- Facilitate “Train the Trainer” (ToT) sessions to build internal training capacity.
Assessment & Monitoring

- Evaluate trainees’ skill levels through assessments and identify learning gaps.
- Track, monitor, and document student progress and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Content Development

- Design, develop, and update training materials and modules (if required)
- Adapt training methodologies based on learner needs and performance insights.
Student Coordination

- Develop and manage a calling schedule to connect with students.
- Ensure student attendance and participation; follow up with absentees.
Operations & Support

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, training sessions, and reports.
- Coordinate effectively with students and internal teams for smooth program execution.
- Support the team in the scholarship management process.
