Senior Creative Designer Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Creative Designer role based in Thane. The Senior Creative Designer will lead the development of visual concepts and design solutions for residential interiors, marketing collateral, and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the Interior Company brand. Responsibilities include creating and refining design layouts, graphics, and branding assets; collaborating with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams; and translating briefs into compelling visual narratives. The role involves overseeing end-to-end creative workflows, reviewing and mentoring junior designers, and ensuring high-quality, production-ready design output. The Senior Creative Designer will also participate in client presentations, gather feedback, and iterate on concepts to meet project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong creative skills in concept development and visual storytelling, including Creative Design and Branding.
• Hands-on expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics for print, digital, and presentation materials.
• Experience in Web Design and digital interfaces, with an understanding of responsive and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in interiors, architecture, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visuals, brand consistency, and cross-channel design work.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
