Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst with over 5 years of expertise to
join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive
traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in market
research, keyword research (using tools like SEMrush and Google Trends), technical SEO,
WordPress backend, and managing search engine consoles (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
Experience in social media management, global campaign optimization, and budget handling is
also required. The candidate should have excellent writing abilities, a strategic mindset, and
experience in leading teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● SEO & SEM Optimization: Oversee and execute SEO strategies and manage paid
search (PPC) campaigns to increase website traffic and drive sales.
● Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to improve site performance,
including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexing. Implement
structured data, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and fix other technical issues to enhance
search engine rankings and ensure optimal website performance.
● Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, optimized
content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Identify quality
content within the team, ensuring proper grammar, vocabulary, and creativity.
● Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to
track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies
accordingly. Provide regular reports on ROI, KPIs, and other key metrics.
● Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital
marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing,
email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
● Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies
across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to enhance
brand visibility and engagement. Drive engagement through strategies aimed at
increasing followers.
● Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including
segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion
rates.
● Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid
advertising platforms to meet performance goals and budget constraints.
● Google Search Console Fixes: Monitor and resolve issues in Google Search Console,
such as indexing errors, mobile usability issues, and crawl problems, to ensure optimal
site performance and SEO.
● Google Tag Manager: Implement and manage tracking tags through Google Tag
Manager, ensuring accurate tracking of website events, conversions, and user behavior
for improved reporting and analytics.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, and
content creators to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
● Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best
practices to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve. Conduct keyword
research using tools like Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Google Trends to drive
content strategies.
● Team & Campaign Management: Lead teams, create monthly plans, handle year
budgets, and manage revenues, ensuring strategies are well-executed and align with
business objectives. Lead campaign creation and optimization for global markets,
ensuring targeted results.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, content
marketing, social media, and analytics.
● Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google
Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.
● Strong understanding of content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and marketing
automation platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
● Experience with A/B testing, campaign management, and digital strategy development.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Experience managing budgets and working with ROI-based metrics.
