Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time NEW

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to execute global marketing initiatives and campaigns. Reporting into the Marketing Lead and aligned with the Director of Marketing’s strategy, this role is focused on delivering high-quality execution across content, campaigns, and digital channels. You will be responsible for bringing global marketing programs to life, ensuring content is compelling, campaigns are executed effectively, and performance is continuously optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Execute global, multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, PPC, email, digital programs) to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Content Development: Create and adapt content (blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, sales materials) aligned with global messaging and campaign objectives.
• SEO / AEO / GEO Execution: Implement optimization best practices to ensure content performs across traditional search and AI-driven discovery channels.
• SEM & Analytics Support: Support SEM execution and monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to improve outcomes.
• Product Marketing Support: Assist with product launches, messaging development, and creation of supporting collateral aligned with global GTM efforts.
• Social Media Execution: Manage and execute social media activities to support brand visibility and thought leadership initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to support campaign execution and messaging refinement.
• Marketing Operations: Maintain website updates (CMS), execute marketing automation workflows, and support process improvements.
• Communications Execution: Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or technology sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience executing digital marketing and/or product marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS platforms (Webflow preferred), and email marketing tools.
• Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and lead management practices.

• Strong writing and content creation skills across formats
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear messaging
• Solid understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO and digital optimization
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership of deliverables
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
