Senior Django Backend Engineer (Remote Consultant, 3–5yr Exp) Full Time

LueinAnalytics is looking for a Senior Django Backend Engineer to architect, secure, and scale high-value transactional systems. The role involves building robust backend infrastructure that bridges enterprise-grade databases with decentralized technologies while maintaining strong security, precision, and scalability standards.

Location: Remote (IST Timezone)

Engagement Type: Full-Time Contract

Duration: 6 Months (High probability of extension for an additional 6–12 months based on performance)

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, transactions, and row-level locking strategies
• Implement production-grade security measures and safeguard systems against OWASP vulnerabilities
• Configure and manage secure file storage pipelines using AWS S3, IPFS, and related technologies
• Integrate blockchain/Web3 systems using Web3.py and blockchain RPC nodes
• Customize and optimize Django Admin for internal tooling and operational monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of production experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Advanced PostgreSQL expertise including:
• Performance tuning
• Index optimization
• Raw SQL optimization within Django ORM
• Experience handling high-precision financial data using Python’s decimal module
• Hands-on experience with Web3/blockchain integrations and decentralized storage concepts
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
• Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols including OAuth2 and JWT

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Django + Node.js hybrid architectures
• Familiarity with KYC/AML integrations and compliance workflows
