Senior E-commerce & Marketplace Growth Manager (B2B & B2C)

Location: Pune (Work from Office Preferred). Will consider WFH for excellent candidates

Experience: 7–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates)

About the Role

We are looking for a growth-oriented E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to drive online sales across B2C marketplaces, Quick Commerce platforms, B2B portals, and international marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, account management, growth strategies, advertising, inventory planning, and business analytics.

This role will work closely with our Digital Marketing Team to drive revenue growth and improve profitability across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplace accounts.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, catalog quality, and account health.
• Identify opportunities for growth across channels.

Quick Commerce

• Manage and grow Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other quick-commerce platforms.

B2B Marketplaces

• Manage IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other B2B portals.
• Handle RFQs, enquiries, and lead management

International Marketplaces

• Support and grow international marketplace business.
• Manage listings, promotions, and account performance.

Growth & Analytics

• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Monitor sales, profitability, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and inventory metrics.
• Build reports and dashboards to drive business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Digital Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Provide marketplace insights and business inputs for growth initiatives.
• Drive execution of promotional and expansion plans.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of Hands-On experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Experience managing IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, or similar B2B portals.
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Home & Kitchen, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, or Capital Goods.
• International marketplace management.
• Shopify, GA4, CRM tools, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience managing significant online revenue growth.
