Hiring: Senior Executive – Administration

Location – Gurgaon | DroneVerse Aviation Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Executive – Administration to manage office operations and support HR & administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office administration and facility management
• Vendor coordination and procurement support
• Asset, inventory, and documentation management
• Employee onboarding and record maintenance
• Attendance, leave, and HR coordination
• Travel, logistics, and event arrangements

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in Administration/HR Operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth office operations
