This role of senior executive/assistant manager is to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and demonstrable sales efforts measurable in numbers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in corporate sales, B2B sales, sales management, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
• Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and digital sales channels to pitch services to new and existing clients
• Develop and deliver sales and solution presentations to prospective clients to secure new business associations
• Conduct commercial and value negotiations with prospective clients to maximize sales outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and ensure post-sales satisfaction for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through research and market insights
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, commitment, and ownership during all client interactions
• Prepare timely and systematic sales reports to support effective data-driven sales strategies
