We’re Hiring | Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Primary Sales & E-commerce Distribution 📍 Delhi (Head Office) | 2–4 Years Experience | FMCG / D2C / E-commerce

We’re a multi-brand consumer goods company with multiple brands spanning Food & Beverage, , Health & Wellness— and we’re growing fast across e-commerce and quick commerce.

We’re looking for someone to own our primary sales engine — the commercial bridge between our office and our e-commerce distributor network, pan India.

What you’ll own: 🔹 Drive monthly primary sales targets (GMV) across all brands and distributor accounts 🔹 Generate and push purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment 🔹 Be the single POC for all assigned distributor accounts across India 🔹 Monitor order-to-dispatch TAT and flag supply gaps before they become problems 🔹 Maintain daily/weekly sales MIS — dispatches, open POs, order status, claims 🔹 Coordinate with supply chain, brand, and finance teams to keep everything moving 🔹 Resolve claims, debit notes, and scheme settlements without it landing on someone else’s desk

You’re a fit if you have: ✅ 2–4 years in primary sales, distributor management, or e-commerce trade in FMCG / D2C ✅ Strong Excel / Sheets skills and comfort with MIS and order trackers ✅ A follow-through mindset — you close things, you don’t wait to be reminded

You’ll be measured on: 📊 Primary GMV vs monthly target 📊 Order fill rate📊 PO-to-dispatch TAT 📊 Distributor claim resolution within 15 working days
