About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment across all sales channels and warehouses, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto. The role involves ensuring timely order processing, accurate order allocation, and smooth dispatch operations while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will work closely with warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer support, and marketplace teams to ensure no order remains pending beyond 24 hours and operations run efficiently across multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment across all sales channels
• Ensure timely order allocation, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Monitor order ageing and ensure no pending orders exceed 24 hours
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth daily operations
• Track and resolve issues related to inventory availability, stock allocation, dispatch delays, and courier performance
• Manage online returns and reverse logistics processes
• Ensure smooth order flow across multiple warehouses
• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational trackers
• Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements for better efficiency and service levels
• Work closely with marketplace teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce order processing, warehouse operations, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of order management systems and warehouse processes
• Experience handling platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or other e-commerce and quick commerce channels
• Experience handling multiple sales channels and warehouse coordination
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage daily operational challenges
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in handling returns and reverse logistics is preferred
