Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive in Order Management and Customer Service. The position is based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, maintaining strong communication with clients to address inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The candidate will also be expected to analyze order trends, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Order Management and Order Processing to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and improve processes and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing client needs and resolving issues
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant order management and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sector
