Your Role

• Manage the Production of Navi Mumbai
• Maintaining and Improving the Safety and Quality Standards for the site
• Raw material and Packing material Scheduling
• Part of the team for the tech transfer projects for the site
• Handling the Contractual Manpower
• Efficiency improvement/Yield Improvement/Productivity Improvement
• MIS for the Sites for Production
• Implementation/Maintaining the required standards /SOP of the company and ISO
• Keep the site Audit ready at any time for Housekeeping/Safety/Quality standards
• Should have the experience in Automation.
• Should have Exposure to Unit Operations and Utility
• Must be a good communicator with Knowledge of Excel/Power BI/PPT.
• Should have analytical mindset to analyse the problem and helping management to take the decision.
• Must have a experience of Handling the contractual manpower
• Should have a commercial Acumen and SAP environment.
• Must be a process-oriented person.

Who You Are

• The candidate should have a BE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or an MSc in Chemistry or Microbiology, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
