Senior Executive Warehouse Full Time NEW

Position Summary 

The Senior Executive – Warehouse will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including material receipt, inventory management, storage, dispatch, documentation, and manpower handling. The role ensures accurate stock management, timely dispatches, compliance with SOPs, and coordination with Production, QA, Procurement, and Logistics teams. 

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage inward and outward movement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, and Consumables.

• Ensure timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Maintain warehouse layout and optimum space utilisation.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for all inventories.

• Monitor loading and unloading activities. 

Inventory Management 

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counts.

• Reconcile physical stock with ERP/WMS records.

• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor stock ageing and slow-moving inventory. 

Documentation & ERP 

• Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Notes, Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, and Dispatch Documents. • Ensure accurate entries in ERP/WMS systems.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

• Maintain records for audits and compliance requirements. 

Team Management 

• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and contract manpower.

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.

• Conduct training on warehouse SOPs, safety, and material handling.

• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies

Compliance & Safety 

• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, FSSAI, and company warehouse standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety practices.

• Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. 

Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, Planning, and Transport teams.

• Ensure timely availability of materials for production.

• Resolve dispatch and inventory-related issues proactively. 

Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or any related discipline.

• Diploma/Certification in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience 

• 4–8 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.

• Preference for candidates from Food Manufacturing, Nutraceutical, Pharma, FMCG, Gummies, or Contract Manufacturing Industry.
