🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Finance Executive– Accounts Receivable

The role is responsible for end to end B2B accounts receivable management, including invoicing, reconciliations across CRM, SAP and external platforms, credit control, and collection followups to ensure accurate books, timely billing, and healthy cash flows.
✨ What You’ll Do
• Process daily affiliate and B2B receipts and update CRM, customer ledgers and receivables on a timely basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/periodic invoicing to the clients.
• Perform regular reconciliations across various revenue sources like CRM, SAP and external systems and resolve variances with Finance and Sales.
• Execute TDS reconciliations between books and Form 26AS (monthly and quarterly), pass TDS entries and ensure accuracy of TDS credits and provisions.
• Monitor and enforce credit limits for B2B customers in CRM/SAP as per approved requests, highlighting breaches and risks to business teams.
• Adjust B2C/direct platform collections appropriately in B2B revenue and invoicing and validate sales data shared by Sales against Metabase/other systems.
• Update collections in CRM against booking IDs, maintain monthly ageing reports, track DSO and collection targets, and support PDD/monthend AR closure workings.
• Track overdue receivables and unbilled clients, drive followups with internal SPOCs and clients, and escalate chronic delays to management.
• Manage approvals and accounting for promotional and voucher expenses linked to AR.
• Collaborate on AR automation and SAP integration initiatives, including customer/vendor mapping corrections and improving data flow between CRM and SAP.
• Perform other AR and finance operational tasks as required to support business and audit/compliance needs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, reconciliations or B2B finance operations; experience with healthcare/diagnostics or services preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to SAP (SAP Business One experience preferred).
• Good understanding of TDS, GST and basic IndAS/Accounting principles relevant to AR and revenue.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced start-up or high-growth environment, with ability to build and refine processes from the ground up
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills, and ability to meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines.
• Effective coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills with business and sales teams.
