Valpo Agency is a US-based digital marketing company specializing in lead generation for tree services and home-service companies. We use AI-powered tools and custom-built dashboards to help our clients track leads, analyze call recordings, and optimize their Google Ads performance.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to be the sole technical owner of our AI-powered web applications. You’ll work directly with the founder — no layers of management, no bureaucracy. You own everything: frontend, backend, AI integrations, and deployment.

This is ideal for someone who’s been working at a services company or agency and wants to step into a high-autonomy role where they own the product end-to-end.

What You’ll Own:

• Maintain and improve our existing full-stack application (React + Vite + TailwindCSS, Node.js + Express backend, Supabase for database/auth)

• Integrate and manage AI models via APIs (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude) including speech-to-text processing for call analysis

• Build new AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automation workflows from scratch

• Manage all DevOps: GitHub, CI/CD, Railway hosting, database administration

• Create automations using Zapier and agentic AI tools

• Translate business ideas into working products — the founder is non-technical, so clear communication is key

Required:

• 5+ years hands-on full-stack development (React, Node.js, Express)

• Production experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth)

• Proven experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs into shipped products

• DevOps: Git, Railway/Vercel deployments, CI/CD

• Third-party API integrations (Google Ads API, OAuth, analytics platforms)

• Self-directed — comfortable being the only developer

• Excellent English communication

Nice to Have:

• Agentic AI tools (Manus, LangChain, Claude)

• Audio processing (ffmpeg, speech-to-text pipelines)

• Zapier/Make automation

• Playwright testing

Compensation: $24,000 – $36,000 USD/year
