Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Designer (3+ years experience) to lead visual storytelling for our podcasts and content IPs. You’ll own projects end-to-end from concept to execution, crafting designs that are bold, on-brand, and platform-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery
• Translate briefs into thoughtful, engaging visual assets
• Create branding, podcast cover art, campaign creatives, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Stay updated on design and entertainment trends
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Art Direction / Visual Graphic Design Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 3+ YOE in Art Direction / Graphic Design / Digital Marketing Campaigns for Top B2C brands / products
• Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Visual marketing design, social media design, and digital storytelling
• Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)
• Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages
• Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social and digital mediums
• Mandatory (Portfolio) : Candidates who present work through quirky layouts, bold typography, and a clear aesthetic point of view will be considered. Templated, text-heavy, or corporate deck-style portfolios will not be considered regardless of the projects listed.
• Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Mandatory (Note) : Hybrid, WFH flexibility 4 days a month
• Preferred (Company) : Top Advertising / Creative agency
• Preferred (Education) : Design Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)
• Preferred (Experience) : Experience working with podcasts, creators, or media-led content
