Health Care Executive – Oncology & Hematology

Pfizer is hiring for its Oncology team and is seeking an experienced Health Care Executive to support Medical Oncology & Hematology brands in Bangalore

This role is ideal for professionals with strong scientific knowledge and hands‑on experience in oncology field sales, who are focused on building credible, long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 3–14 years (Oncology field sales experience mandatory)

👤 Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and hematologists
• Conduct impactful scientific and clinical discussions
• Support evidence‑based treatment decisions with relevant clinical insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• 5–14 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Mandatory experience in Oncology / Medical Oncology / Hematology
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
