Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior HR Executive role based in AP/TS. The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned branches and functions. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and attendance records, and supporting performance management processes. The person in this role will handle employee relations, address queries and grievances, and support engagement and retention initiatives. They will collaborate with business leaders and HR leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR documentation and MIS reports, and support HR projects and audits as needed.
