Overview

IGT is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through advanced configuration, system analysis, and process optimization. This role is responsible for leading technical configuration workstreams, managing complex system enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains, and supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors, the system of record, ensuring accurate system setup and functionality
• Lead technical configuration workstreams and complex system enhancements, serving as an escalation point for system-related issues
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and configurations
• Support process mapping and system optimization initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through data validation, reporting, and resolution of system or data issues
• Support HRIS projects and system enhancements, including testing (UAT), deployment, and release activities
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on system updates and integrations
• Maintain system documentation and support SOP updates
• Support implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives
• Utilize HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems
• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred)
• Experience with system configuration and enhancements
• Experience with process mapping and system analysis
• Experience troubleshooting system or data issues and identifying root causes
• Experience supporting system testing (UAT), releases, or enhancements
• Ability to analyze HR data and identify trends or inconsistencies
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
