Senior Human Resource Executive (Talent Acuisition) Full Time

Role: Sr. Human Resource Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and talent pipeline development to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS
• Drive employer branding initiatives and improve hiring strategies
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs
• Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, offer drop ratio, closures, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ATS platforms

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in an advertising agency
• Exposure to both bulk and niche hiring mandates
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Zoho Recruit
