Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gaya for the role of Head of Information Technology. The selected candidate will oversee the strategic planning, management, and execution of all IT functions within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT operations, maintaining infrastructure, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring technological efficiency, and overseeing system upgrades and security initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Technology and IT Management to ensure effective oversight and leadership of IT projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations and IT Strategy for efficient system workflows and long-term planning.
- Hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure to manage, maintain, and upgrade the company’s technology ecosystem.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address technological challenges and support business goals.
- Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating with other departments to drive organizational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
