Senior Information Technology Specialist Full Time

Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a technically driven professional to lead our Salesforce support team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-quality resolutions supporting the business with Salesforce. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Lutron you will:

• Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service
• Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
• Work across all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Interface with other Salesforce developers, testers, and architects to solve user issues or implement/support new capabilities
• Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills
• provide technical support and guidance to the team on the day-to-day support tasks
• Plan and run the training and onboarding plans for new team members
• Provide day-to-day supervision to the team members
• Identify, suggest and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a 60% and above, or a 4-year degree in engineering/technology
• 8 to 10-years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator
• Knowledge and experience of software development processes and best practices (Agile or Scrum)
• Experience with leading functional teams will be a strong plus
• A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions
• Proven problem-solving and strong written and communication skills
• Proven service mind-set
• Proven attention to details
• Salesforce certifications and Trailhead learnings are preferred
