🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Manager / Lead to manage and enhance our IT landscape across cloud and on-premise environments. This role demands strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to balance both strategic and operational responsibilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and mentor team members

✅ Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access lifecycle

✅ Handle end-user computing (laptops, desktops, software support)

✅ Maintain and monitor servers, cloud (Azure), and network systems

✅ Ensure security, compliance (ISO/ISMS), and endpoint protection

✅ Manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, security)

✅ Monitor systems using tools like PRTG, Cloudflare, Uptime Robot

✅ Oversee backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP)

✅ Manage IT assets, licenses, vendors, and ticketing systems (SLA-driven)

✅ Support communication systems like 3CX and Zoom Rooms

🔹 Required Skills

💡 Strong experience in:

• Active Directory & Windows Server
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Azure (IaaS, Networking, Security)

💡 Good knowledge of:

• Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Security tools (Sophos, Cylance, etc.)
• Monitoring tools (PRTG, Cloudflare)
• Ticketing systems & SLA environments
