Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and high-priority client requirements
• Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs
• Allocate requirements within the team and track daily performance as a Lead.
• Ensure quality submissions and adherence to SLA/TAT
• Mentor and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and market trends
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and support complex closures
• Monitor team productivity, reporting, and recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
• Proven track record in team handling and leadership for Lead Role.
• Expertise in sourcing through platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Development, ERP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
