Position: Management Consultant

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to strategic frameworks, market sizing, competitive analysis, operational diagnostics, and executive recommendations.
• Create realistic scenarios based on consulting workflows, including case interviews, client workshops, hypothesis-driven analyses, workstream planning, and steering committee presentations.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across management consulting use cases, such as market entry, cost transformation, post-merger integration, and org redesign.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like strategy frameworks (Porter’s, MECE structuring, issue trees), financial analysis, and executive communication standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for business strategy AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience at a management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 advisory, Tier 2, or boutique strategy firm).
• Background in corporate strategy and growth advisory, operations and supply chain consulting, organizational design and change management, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, or public sector and social impact consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to translate consulting workflows into evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree a plus.
