Role Overview

Indegene is looking for a high-impact strategy leader to complement the Corporate Strategy team. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, shaping market entry and expansion strategies, and driving execution of key strategic initiatives across business units. The individual will act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term strategic initiatives that would take the company on a transformational path of growth. The individual will play a critical role in translating strategy into action, working closely with global business leaders to enable scalable and sustainable growth.

In addition, the role will support inorganic growth initiatives (M&A, partnerships) as part of the broader growth agenda.

Job Title : Sr. Manager – Coporate Strategy (GTM & Growth Strategy)

Location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

1. GTM & Growth Strategy

• Develop and drive enterprise-wide GTM and growth strategies across business units and offerings
• Define market entry, expansion, and customer segmentation strategies
• Shape value propositions, positioning, and commercial models to drive growth
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities based on market insights and business goals

2. Strategy to Execution

• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and ownership
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to drive GTM execution
• Track performance and drive course correction to ensure business impact

3. Market Intelligence & Insights

• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy
• Develop strategic POVs and recommendations for leadership
• Strengthen competitive positioning and messaging

4. Inorganic Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Support M&A and partnership initiatives including strategic assessment of targets
• Collaborate on integration and synergy realization to maximize value

5. Stakeholder Management & Influence

• Work closely with senior leadership and global business stakeholders
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive alignment across functions to enable execution of growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• MBA from a reputed institution
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy / growth strategy / strategy consulting
• Strong experience in GTM strategy, market expansion, and growth initiatives
• Proven ability to drive strategy-to-execution with measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with ambiguity and unstructured problems
• Experience in M&A or partnerships is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
