Senior Manager – Growth & Retention Marketing Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Manager – Growth & Retention Marketing to lead SunCrypto’s end-to-end growth engine.

This role will own acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation across the full user lifecycle, with direct responsibility for growth strategy, CRM automation, performance marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the user journey from App Install to Active Trader.
• Drive retention, reactivation, and referral programs.
• Manage CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage.
• Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, influencers, and affiliates.
• Lead SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Analyze funnel, cohort, CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
• Present weekly growth reports to leadership.
• Hire and manage a small growth team as the function scales.

Key Goals (Year 1)

• 2–3x increase in Monthly Active Traders
• 50% improvement in Install-to-KYC conversion
• 25% reduction in CAC
• 35%+ acquisition through Organic, SEO, and Referral
• 15%+ quarterly reactivation of dormant users

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing
• Strong background in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, or Consumer Tech
• Hands-on expertise with lifecycle automation and performance campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, and BI tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
