Role and Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager – Medical Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio – creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy
Building Brands
- Provide short-term and long-term strategic direction for the brand
- Conceptualize, develop and execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda
- Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communication
- Work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns and drive superior market results
- Business Forecasting / Results – work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts
- Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force
- Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback, like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)
- Undertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with KOLs
Financials and Budgetary Control
- Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom-line targets
- Budgetary control for cost management
- Risk management & compliance control
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, Food, Nutrition, or related industries
- Prior team management experience will be an advantage
