We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agency Trainer to join our Academy team at Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in General Insurance, particularly in the agency distribution model and should be experienced in or passionate about training. This role involves conducting structured training sessions on Commercial lines of business and Motor Insurance for agency partners, with regular travel to Bhubaneshwar also.
Key Responsibilities:
>Conduct classroom and on-the-ground training for agency partners on: Motor Insurance Products
>Sales process, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory norms >Develop and deliver engaging training content customized for agency channel partners.
>Conduct need-based and refresher training for new and existing agents >Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
>Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to keep training material updated.
>Ensure consistent knowledge transfer and skill development across regions (Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar)
>Maintain reports on training sessions conducted, participant performance, and learning outcomes.
