Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Operations. The Senior Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including optimizing logistics efficiency, strategic planning, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include managing warehousing processes, leading operational teams, implementing cost-effective solutions, and maintaining client satisfaction through seamless execution. The role will also involve monitoring key performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

• Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making capabilities
• Expertise in Warehousing Procedures, Inventory Control, and Process Automation
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in warehousing or logistics operations
• Proficiency in logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
