Performance Marketing Specialist Note
- This role is strictly for candidates with prior hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Freshers or candidates without relevant PPC experience will not be considered for this role.
ViralChilly is looking for a passionate and motivated PPC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT or Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a basic understanding of campaign management, targeting, and performance optimization. Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, audience behavior, campaign optimization strategies, and analytical decision-making. This role requires an individual who can independently execute campaigns, interpret performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute meaningfully toward business growth objectives.
This position extends beyond campaign deployment and requires a proactive mindset toward continuous optimization, experimentation, and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning, Execution & Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Execute and oversee multiple campaign formats, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Develop structured campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, business goals, and performance KPIs.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Improvement
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, targeting methods, placements, and ad performance.
- Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize ROI, lead quality, and campaign efficiency.
Research, Targeting & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market evaluation to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Ad Creative Testing & Experimentation
- Develop, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, targeting frameworks, and campaign messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad variations, audience segments, landing page recommendations, and campaign structures to drive performance improvements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance using critical performance indicators including:
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Conversion Rate (CR)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Generate periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies based on campaign data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including SEO, Content, Design, and Development to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution.
Platform Knowledge & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform developments, algorithm updates, automation capabilities, PPC trends, and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and paid media performance metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve performance outcomes
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and performance reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communication and coordination skills
