Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Procurement Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Procurement Specialist will actively manage purchase orders, evaluate and engage with suppliers. Mange the distributors, OEMs, T1, T2 relationship. Manage Partner programs – rebate. Negotiate contracts, and ensure the procurement process aligns with organizational needs. The role also includes analyzing market trends and vendor performance to secure optimal resources and ensure cost efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams and timely reporting will be critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and the end-to-end procurement process
• Strong experience in Supplier Evaluation and relationship management with OEMs, Reginal Distributors, T1 &T2 to ensure quality and reliability of inventory.
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and vendor agreements to secure favorable terms
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance, market trends, and cost optimization
• Deep understanding of procurement strategies and best practices
• Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are a plus
