Role Overview : We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of Cult’s fitness service products, blending digital and physical experiences. You’ll own product experiences, collaborate across teams, and drive high-impact design decisions that balance user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of cult’s specific fitness services products that seamlessly integrates physical and digital experiences.
• Establish principles to ensure a best-in-class fitness experience for our members across multiple touch points.
• Craft design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, content designers, data analysts, and business teams to develop and iterate upon new concepts and facilitate product execution
• Own design and collaborate with crew members for a specific product experience
• Create high-performance designs that solve both user needs and hit business goals
• Contribute to team planning and rapid experimentation strategy
• Create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel perfect
• Create constant iterative improvements based on A/B testing data and user feedback to provide qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision making
• Present designs to leadership and cross-functional teams, with clear design rationale

Core Skills:

• A seasoned product designer with 4+ Years of experience embracing information architecture, multi-step flows, motion, and holistic experiences
• Consistently delivers polished layouts through typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Are especially skilled at making micro animations that burst with delight & Create beautifully crafted transitions that breath life into content
• Understanding of how to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner
• Solves user problems in creative ways that go beyond obvious, expected solutions
