📌Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial real estate portfolio across multiple locations.
• Handle lease renewals, negotiations, consolidations, and exits.
• Lead landlord negotiations and lease lifecycle management.
• Drive office expansion, site evaluation, and location selection.
• Conduct financial feasibility, due diligence, and risk assessments.
• Lead office fit-outs, refurbishments, and Design & Build projects.
• Coordinate with architects, PMCs, contractors, brokers, and internal teams.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage MIS reporting for leases, occupancy, projects, and costs.
• Support workforce planning, seat optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
