Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Regional Training Manager based in Kanpur. The Senior Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of team members and business associates. The role involves assessing training needs, creating content, conducting workshops, and monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions. Additionally, the role will focus on driving results through capability building, mentoring, and aligning training strategies with organizational goals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze training needs and implement customized learning interventions
• Proven experience in managing regional or large-scale training initiatives
• Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and result-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, or financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in training or learning & development are preferred
