Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Leader based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Leader will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading customer engagement initiatives. They will develop and execute sales strategies, manage and train the sales team, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Proven experience in Consultative or Partner Sales, with the ability to identify leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Management, including developing strategies, tracking performance, and achieving team goals.
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proven background in technology or SaaS sales in ESG /Sustainability space is a must .
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Environmental Science
