We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (SEO) with strong and in-depth expertise in SEO and organic growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, client management, and strategic skills, along with a good understanding of AI-driven SEO practices and modern search trends.

The role involves Leading a team of Digital Key Accounts Managers and independently handling 2–3 strategically important Key Accounts while leading the overall SEO and digital marketing function. Additional knowledge of Performance Marketing and Website Development will be preferred.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Lead the SEO, Webdev & Perf Mktg team and grow the agency’s SEO, organic marketing business, paid marketing campaigns and webdev business.
• Develop comprehensive SEO and inbound marketing strategies for clients, including growth projections and execution roadmaps.
• Independently manage and lead 2–3 major key accounts, ensuring strong performance, communication, and relationship management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client KPIs.
• Audit project performance regularly and provide actionable recommendations for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate closely with clients to address concerns, resolve issues proactively, and ensure customer delight.
• Work with internal teams to optimize resource allocation and maximize efficiency and output.
• Ensure proper utilization of project management tools for seamless execution and tracking.
• Collaborate with the sales team on proposals, strategy discussions, and identifying growth opportunities for prospective clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional SEO or organic growth initiatives for existing clients.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI-powered SEO tools, automation workflows, and search innovations.
• Implement and encourage the use of AI-driven solutions in SEO processes, including keyword research, content optimization, analytics, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Mentor and train team members regularly on modern SEO strategies, AI tools, industry trends, and best practices.
• Drive a collaborative and performance-oriented work culture while motivating the team to deliver their best work.

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

· 8+ years of experience and working as a Digital Marketing Lead, SEO Lead, or Organic Search Expert in a digital marketing agency or consultancy environment.

· Extensive hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth marketing is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content-led SEO, inbound marketing, and analytics.

· Strong knowledge and practical exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in SEO and digital marketing.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client-facing capabilities.

· Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

· Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously.

· Agency experience will be highly preferred.

· MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
