Role Description

Pyngyn is seeking a Senior Vice President of Professional Services for a full-time, remote position. This role includes overseeing client engagements, driving process improvements, delivering effective training programs, and managing team performance to ensure successful project execution. The SVP will also collaborate across departments to align strategies, establish best practices, and contribute to the growth and scalability of the organization’s professional services offerings.

Qualifications

• Professional Services and Consulting expertise, with a proven track record of managing and scaling service delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation for successful project delivery.
• Experience in designing and delivering Training programs for team members and clients.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-oriented environment and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Background in SaaS or technology-driven Professional Services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is preferred.
