Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Business Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day service processes, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves operational planning, service delivery monitoring, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate between internal teams (sales, support, technical)
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and SLA compliance
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and service issues
- Maintain operational reports and dashboards
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Support billing, invoicing, and service-related financial tracking
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of CRM or service management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in service-based or operations-driven industries
- Understanding of customer service processes
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
